Rancho Viejo Broker Named to Realtor Board
This month, Patrick Thomas, the Qualifying Broker and Sales Manager for Rancho Viejo begins a three-year term as a board member of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors (SFAR).Established in 1948, SFAR (www.sfar.com) is a not-for-profit trade association with 1,100 Realtor members representing a broad array of real estate professionals throughout the Santa Fe area.
“Serving our buyers is the most fulfilling part of my role at Rancho Viejo,” says Patrick. “It never stops being fun to help people find or design and build the perfect home for the lifestyle they want to live in our fabulous community. And I hope to bring insights that I have gained over the years to the SFAR Board of Directors.”
Now entering his ninth year at Rancho Viejo, Patrick has supervised more than $30-to-$40 million in home sales annually. He has lived in Santa Fe since 1995, when he arrived that year and immediately earned “Rookie of the Year” recognition for home sales as a Real Estate agent with Coldwell Banker.
The Santa Fe Association of Realtors is part of the nationwide Realtor family network made up of the National Association of REALTORS® and the REALTORS® Association of New Mexico.
