Commuting just got easier— New Rail Runner stop near Rancho Viejo!
Rancho Viejo residents have a quicker and easier way to jump on the Rail Runner Express with the opening of a new station just minutes from Rancho Viejo.
The new Santa Fe County/NM 599 Station is a hub for both northbound passengers into downtown Santa Fe and southbound travel into Albuquerque and all the way to Belen.
Located in the median of Interstate 25, the station also has more than 200 parking spaces. Bus connections are available to Los Alamos and southern Santa Fe. There is even a pedestrian overpass connecting the parking and bus area to the passenger platform.
Rail Runner Express trains stop at this station weekdays from early morning hours through evenings. Schedules for both north and southbound trains are available at nmrailrunner.com where you can click on the Stations link from the home page.
You can also jump on a Santa Fe Shuttle at the Rail Runner Station to get to destinations throughout the Santa Fe area. The shuttles run on a weekday schedule.
If you would prefer not to park at the Rail Runner Station, Santa Fe Trails operates Route #22 throughout Rancho Viejo that can also get you to the Rail station. This shuttle services operates on a weekday schedule.
